Erica is dedicated and passionate about environmental conservation, Erica Neequaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources Technology.

With a robust background in forestry management and a keen interest in sustainable development, she has made significant contributions to initiatives aimed at restoring degraded lands in Africa for carbon sequestration and carbon credit generation.

Erica’s expertise lies in bridging the gap between environmental preservation and socio-economic development, with a focus on empowering marginalized communities, particularly women, through education and advocacy.

Erica is the driving force behind the Blooming Ladies Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people, especially women, who face financial constraints and other obstacles to realizing their full potential.

Through mentorship programs, skills development workshops, and advocacy campaigns, Erica and her team inspire and support individuals to overcome adversity, pursue their dreams, and contribute meaningfully to society.
